Shealey Inc. operates an SMS outreach program to inform small business owners about our services. By engaging with our SMS program:

• Message frequency varies based on outreach campaigns
• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS messages
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at Shealey@shealeyinc.org
• Opting out will remove you from all future SMS communications

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Standard terms include:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion and client approval
• All sales are final once project work has begun
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of their completed website design and custom code. Shealey Inc. retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information and content in a timely manner
• Reviewing and approving designs within agreed timeframes
• Maintaining their own domain registration and hosting accounts unless otherwise arranged
• Ensuring all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights

Limitation of Liability

Shealey Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law
